{"id":587,"date":"2024-07-25T20:01:37","date_gmt":"2024-07-25T20:01:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/slu.design\/?post_type=service&#038;p=587"},"modified":"2024-07-26T15:40:23","modified_gmt":"2024-07-26T15:40:23","slug":"yacht-repair-refits","status":"publish","type":"service","link":"https:\/\/dsl-yachting.com\/index.php\/service\/yacht-repair-refits\/","title":{"rendered":"Yacht Repair &amp; Refits"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Our team includes trained and experienced&nbsp;<strong>carpenters, electricians, mechanics, welders, sailmakers and fiberglass, gelcoat, varnish and upholstery specialists<\/strong>&nbsp;working for us plus&nbsp;<strong>15 years of experience<\/strong>&nbsp;in getting the work done on a quite laid back tropical island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A vast network of yacht suppliers is just an E-mail away.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yacht spares sent for&nbsp;<strong>\u201cYachts in Transit\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;are generally duty-free but require professional brokerage at a set fee per shipment<em>&nbsp;(typically around $80 USD)<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No job is too big or too small for us, however we prefer to schedule extensive yacht refits for the traditionally \u201c<em>slower<\/em>\u201d summer months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Labour rates per billed hours are $65 USD for qualified specialists, $50 USD for a diesel mechanic, $30 USD for technical staff and $15 USD for cleaners\/helpers.
